“Mudra” – Sketching and Crayon-Coloring

Hello Guys !!

Well, you’ve seen the Posters on my earlier art posts, which I’ve made for my College Fest Event (organised by me and my friends), called  ” The Music Quiz”. at ” Moksha 2011 : Elixir Of Euphoria “8)

Well on that event, we’ve got a huge attendance of over 75 Teams, which means we have about 150-200 students participating for our very interesting event. They not only got fascinated by our Posters. Obviously, It probably was the ideas and concepts of our Event which must have to lure the people and making them to attend our Event. The participation numbers might be less relatively lesser than other Events. But for me and my Team, it was a Huge success and we’ve got that we’ve unexpected.

Anyways, coming back to the point. It’s time to display my artwork.

Not only for my event, I’ve made certain posters of other events organised by dear friends. They rang me up and asked me to make a poster related to Indian Dance Forms as they were organizing a Mega Event of our Fest called  ” Mudra : The Choreography Competition “, which is basically a Indian Dance Competition.

Getting started with it, I’ve browsed through the Internet getting an idea of making particular Indian Dance Forms, which would be quite relevant for the event. So after searching for almost an hour, with some selection-rejection process, I’ve finally came with a picture that suits with the theme. And so, I’ve just started making it. Initially, I drew all those forms with Pencil and then colored the base with orange color. After done with the paint job, I’ve just used Black Markers and Sketch Pens for highlighting the shadow images of dancers.

And ultimately, you get your Job done like this. 😀

The main backdrop is done, only finishing is left. Well, this time I’ve applied some light strokes Crayons for making a background having a sun and full of clouds, making the backdrop color even visible. With some finishing and making the Event and Moksha Logo, we finally came with this.

Well, they’ve tanked me for helping them in making this. As a matter of fact, they’ve even got a nice attendance of participants as well as audience as well.

Stop Terrorism – The Poster

Heyy guys !! Wassupp once again ?? 😉
I’ve uploaded something very artistic thing on the Wall long time back in 2010.

It’s not any  m/ GRAFFITI m/ this time folks !! 😛
Well, I’ve made a simple Poster on protesting against Terrorism, in March 2010 during a Wall Painting Event at my Inter-College Fest called ” MOKSHA “.

So, Take a look on it. 😉

Actually, It’s not looking that much great. 😛 But still, a memorable one for me. 8)

As I’ve already mentioned about some reasons in my earlier art post that we are not actually provided WALLS for making our art on it. Instead, we get only sheets sticking with on the walls and there’s no guarantee it would get stuck for a long time. It is a risk while doing the paint job. Even there’s a time limit of approx. 2 hrs. of completing our work. So therefore, under these circumstances We make it so it in a hurry at that moment. Certain restrictions would make anyone annoying when there’s such a chaos like this.

Anyways, So what do you really think about that Folks ? 😉
RATE above and APPRECIATE below on my work, and even SHARE it with pleasure. 8)

Pretty-Ugly Truth (Day 4 Of Truth)

The following Post is for accomplishing Creative Challenge called 30 Days of Truth, given by Kellie Elmore. It is a unique exercise in self exploration and learning to be honest with yourself… and that ultimately leads to happiness.

30 Days of Truth

*****************************************************************************************

Before getting started, I am gonna make things more clear about me.

I would like to tell y’all something. See, I am just a normal artist, not a Professional one. At this beginning stage, I usually refer different art-works from plenty of artists across the globe , for getting some inspiration over there. I try to draw them just to practice and improve my art skills, as I’ve left my art tools a long time ago. But since, I’m back on the track of my hobby, I’m acquiring all the tips and skills, which I’ve learned during my childhood days, practicing during my free times and even bringing something NEW from many artworks whatever I’ve seen in them.

I’d expected that people might already have got me without revealing the above. But still, I’ve mentioned just in case. See Folks, I don’t wanna call myself “An Art Counterfeit” and “An Art Stealer”, stealing arts of any random artist and taking the whole credit. I am just a Newbie as I’ve never professed myself as The Great One, just on a way to be a Professional Artist, without pretending like them. Even I’ve improvised many artworks, taking ideas from there, bring my creativity and concatenating them in a single piece of paper. I BRING IT this way, and eventually…..

This is how my Creativity speaks. 8)

For those criticizers who just still couldn’t understand me so far after this, all you could do always that, just flood my comments box and mail box without which negative and vulgar comments depicts your lame useless perceptions about me, give me threatening messages and try to make me out from here. But guess what, you’re WRONG !! See I don’t give a F*CK what you think about me. Even i don’t expect an apology from you douchebags.

I’ve plenty of people hanging around here in my Yard, who understand me damn well and know what I am. I neither need any fake sympathies and concerns nor harsh and shitty quotes from anybody.

But don’t worry, You’ll get a piece of mine sooner and even better. I Promise, I’ll bring it soon .

In the meantime,
Get a Life, you n00bs 😛

The Ultimate Showdown

A first all-Asian final in the Cricket World Cup‘s 36-year history between the two Asian Bizarres, India and Sri Lanka at The Wankhade Stadium in Mumbai on Saturday, April 2, 2011, underlines that familiarity breeds success.

A Never before have the subcontinental teams dominated the showpiece one-day event, as India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan all made it to the semi-finals for the first time together by capitalising on the conditions and making a 100% guarantee that an Indian  Subcontinent Team would win this year’s World Cup for sure, whether It’s Dhoni’s Team India or Sangakara’s Team Sri Lanka.

According to all previous statistics, Both the Teams are appearing for the Third Time in The World Cup Final : India (1983,2003 and 2011) and Sri Lanka (1996,2007 and 2011). Both of them were defeated by Australia on their previous encounters in Final. But, Both the Teams have won The World Cup once each.

India won The Final against The Two-Time Champions, West Indies in 1983 at Lord’s, under Kapil Dev‘s captaincy.

Whereas, Sri Lanka won The Final against The Four-Time and The Current Defending Champions, Australia in 1996 at Lahore, under Arjuna Ranatunga‘s leadership.

Both the teams have given an exceptional and magnificent performance throughout the tournament. Their overall statistics proves it so. Five of the six top run-getters before the final are from Sri Lanka and India, with Sri Lankan opener Tillakaratne Dilshan leading the list with 467 runs from eight matches. He is followed by India’s Sachin Tendulkar (464), compatriots Kumar Sangakkara (417) and Upul Tharanga (393), and India’s Virender Sehwag (380). Four of the seven top bowlers are from the subcontinent, headed by Pakistan skipper and leg-spinner Shahid Afridi with 21 wickets in eight matches. Others are Indian paceman Zaheer Khan (19 wickets), Sri Lankan off-spinner Muttiah Muralitharan (15) and Pakistani fast bowler Umar Gul (14).

The finalists of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, India and Sri Lanka, have played 128 matches so far with each other and the record is in favour of India by 67-50 (NR: 11). In World Cup matches Sri Lankans are leading by 4-2. At the venue of the final match of the Cricket World Cup 2011, both teams have won one match each.

This World Cup 2011 final will probably be the last Cricket World Cup match of two contemporary legends, batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar and bowling great Muttiah Muralitharan. Sachin Tendulkar has added numerous feathers in his cap with the exception of the Cricket World Cup trophy, whereas Murali has lifted the trophy in the 1996 Cricket World Cup.

In the India vs Sri Lanka World Cup 2011 final match on Saturday, Indian fast bowler Ashish Nehra, who bowled exceptionally well in the semi final against Pakistan in Mohali, is battling an injury because of a fractured right hand middle finger.

Sri Lanka coach Trevor Bayliss has said spin wizard Muttiah Muralitharan will play his last international match on Saturday at Wankhede Stadium despite his fitness problem, which include hamstring injury, side strain, troublesome knee and a groin issue.

In the final of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, the Indian team will have to give attention to fielding. Throughout the tournament Indian fielding has been an area of concern for the captain and team management, though India has fielded well in crucial encounters against Australia and Pakistan.

In bowling Zaheer Khan has done a good job of containment and of taking wickets, but Harbhajan has not supported him up to his capacity.

Sachin Tendulkar is performing consistently well, but Gautam Gambhir has gifted his wicket many times in the ongoing tournament. Virender Sehwag is providing eletrifying starts in the tournament, and has scored 380 runs so far with an average of 54.29.

Virat Kohli needs improvement and consistency in his batting. Yuvrag Singh, one of the strongest contenders of the man-of-the-series, has performed equally well in both batting and bowling.

In the final of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, Indian batsmen will have to be ready for the yorkers and intelligent deliveries of Lasith Malinga. Muttiah Muralitharan can also create panic for Indian batsmen. Sri Lankan batsmen Kumar Sangakkara, Tillakaratne Dilshan and Upul Tharanga are playing good cricket and are scoring in every match. Indian bowlers will have to bowl a good line to the Lankan batsmen in form, and play with a cool mind.

The India vs Sri Lanka World Cup 2011 final match is likely to be an entertaining cricket match. Let’s see on Saturday, April 2, at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, who will play like a real champion, Sachin Tendulkar or Muttiah Muralitharan?

Given below are the India and Sri Lanka squads for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 final match:

CRICKET : More than Just a GAME

It is true indeed. It is really running in our Blood, beating our heart, swinging the emotions, making us anticipated, exhilarating our mind and eventually giving us Joy and Pleasure in the end. A True Cricket Fan, who really understands these familiar senses and feelings that always and forever resides while spectating this kind of Game either on Stadium or on their Television Sets, would be able to catch me easily.

Craze among Cricket Fans while watching the Game in TV

Fans Screaming

I don’t know what does it means for other Countries. It really means a lot to India. Inspite not being a National Game, it is mostly played and enjoyed by many. Every single Cricket Fan, would have same traits like I am having. We all get rid off from our busy life for a while and keep an eye on every Ball, every Run, every Boundary and every Wicket of this Game, for hours. Cheering for our Team, Baiting Nails on Serious Situation and Shouting when Our Team has hit a Boundary or taken a Wicket. We even try to give our expert views and comments, before and after the match. We eventually make a HYPE of this Game. May be it’s Wrong to an extent, as we are more biased towards Cricket, not for other Sports, especially our own National Sport – Hockey. But It’s Cricket Fever as always, baby. You can’t help it.

Now since the Cricket World Cup 2011 is going on and which is happening in Indian Sub-Continent, it still be having BIG HYPE for sure, Like Indian Premier league (IPL) every year.

Support The Nation

But on the contrary, with all these support and favoritism to our Team, it also brings HYPER NATIONALISM and HYPOCRISY for one’s country. People would highly support our Team, pretending and flaunting others that we are such a BIG Fans of Cricket. Some would even do Spiritual Bon-Fires or “Havanas” for that.

''Havana'' for Indian Cricket Team

It the same ole problem. Whenever there’s HYPE, people would follow it sure, just to grab attention from everybody. The same case exists during the World Cup as well. People would be wearing Indian Jersey, talking about Cricket 24 x 7. But when all the event ends, its HYPE ends and people then don’t give a DAMN afterwards.

Well, even Film actors are in this race. They also come for the match, not only for spectating the game, but also for promoting their movie or getting some attention in public.

Actors come for Movie Promotion

Ya, Some of them made a Cricket Team of their own in IPL and making a lot of money form there, even if they know sh*t about this Game and Players.

Shah Rukh Khan (Owner of Kolkata Knight Riders)

Preity Zinta (Owner Of Kings XI Punjab)

While some make relations with Cricketers, just to grab attention and publicity in Media.

Harbhajan Singh (Super-Hit Bowler) & Geeta Basra (Super-Flop Actress)

Yuvraj Singh (Talented Cricketer) & Dee-pika- Padu-Kaun (Untalented Actress cum Model)

Even if that doesn’t works, some wannabes would try something else, to get famous. Very recently, an Indian Kingfisher model (or I say a bimbo) named, “Poonam Pandey”. shocked everyone when she committed that she will take off all of her clothes in the stadium in case of an Indian victory. Pandey claimed that she will first go naked in the stadium for the crowd and then the Kingfisher model plans to strip inside the dressing room in front of the players with the permission of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). For getting started, she begins with this. An ICC World Cup 2011 Logo on her back, showing off with vanity.

Poonam Pandey - Truly Fake Fan Supporter

Poonam Pandey - Wannabe Fan Supporter and Slut

For all these non-sense, she proclaims herself as a True Cricket Fan and Patriotic. She even BRAGS that she is confident of her body and is doing it just to motivate Dhoni’s Team and company, in her own way. Taking some inspiration from this prostitute, another Wannabe shows up like that.

Sofia Hayat - Another Wannabe Fan Supporter

It’s simply pathetic. This reminds me when an Uruguayan Model did so for supporting her Football Team, during FIFA World Cup 2010. It is Cheap Publicity and Promotion of Obscenity, whether such cheap milf sluts admit this or not.

Apart from this, not only our Hypocritical Media who would over-rate our cricket team on victory and demoralize them on their demise. I’ve witnessed some people or i say so-called cricket fans, who would get over-excited and over-ambitious when our Team wins, and would be criticizing and making FUN of the losing Team, even if they’ve also performed well but it wasn’t their day.

There are plenty of examples, but Let’s talk about the recent ones.

The India-Australia Quarter-Final encounter in Ahmadabad, where we won by 5 wickets.

Aftermath of India-Aussie Match

Aftermath of India-Aussie Match II

We were not still done, as we thrashed Pakistan at Semi-final in Mohali by 29 runs.

Aftermath of Indo-Pak Match

Aftermath of Indo-Pak Match II

Sometimes, such pics seems bit FUNNY and that’s for a while , but not everytime. People forget to realise that even the losing team has performed well. Instead of giving them some appreciation for reaching here so far, they would give such harsh comments in the end. My facebook friend just wrote on his status when India defeated Pakistan, ” 11 Terrorists have been raped and f*cked hard by Indians in Mohali  ” .  Is it valid quote to show your victory to other ??

And those same Hypocrites would back-stab the support of their own Team, by giving harsh comments and lame verdicts. It seems so pathetic, when such parasites would burn their posters and cut-outs and even make them ride on donkeys.

Again plenty of instances, where Dejected fans shown their anger.

During World Cup 1996, where we lost in the Semis.

Anger of Cricket Fans during India's loss against Sri Lanka in WC 1996

During World Cup 1999, where we were eliminated in Super Six.

Anger of Female Cricket Fans during India's loss

During World Cup 2003, where we lost in the Final.

Anger of Cricket Fans during India's loss in WC 2003

and, even during World Cup 2007, where we were eliminated in Group Stage.

Anger of Cricket Fans during India's loss in WC 2007

Dejected cricket fans mount portrait of Dhoni and Ganguly on a donkey and take out a procession in Ahmedabad on Saturday. (TOI Photo)

Anger of Cricket Fans during India's loss in WC 2007

Eventually, we are not as matured as our Cricketers are. They’ve enjoyed their triumph and even faced their apocalypse. But they never give up and play their own game. Everybody has their good times and bad times. That’s unquestionable, unpredictable and inevitable. It’s better that we ought to support our Team forever, neither over-rating nor discouraging them.

Let all the People cheer for their country and appreciate other’s Nation.

Let all the Flags be on your Faces

Let all those Colorful Flags be waving high in the sky.

Let the Flag be United

Let there be Friendship between the Two Teams before, during and even after the match,
and Stay United.

Unity

That’s the duty of ours as  A True Cricket Fan in making this Gentlemen’s Game, completely clean inside the field as well as outside the field. Hopefully, we witness some maturity from our Cricket Fans and so-called Hype-followers, even we lose against Sri Lanka in the Finals.

m/ .. 100 .. m/
